PURCHASING SUPPORT

Purchasing questions, answered.

Know what to include, from your first parts list to a complete sourcing enquiry.

Can I combine different parts in one enquiry?

Yes. Add catalogue parts and their quantities to your RFQ, and add custom requirements for unlisted specifications. Pricing and supply conditions are confirmed for each item.

What if my required size is not listed?

Send the standard, material, dimensions, grade, finish and quantity, with a drawing and revision where applicable. This is a selected catalogue, not the complete range of our supply partners.

Is the listed minimum quantity the final pack quantity?

The minimum quantity is a catalogue reference for enquiry. Pack quantities, full-pack requirements and the selected supply batch are confirmed on quotation.

Can I use the image or drawing as the order specification?

Images identify the product family and do not replace dimensions. Available drawings are source references. Request a drawing when one is not listed, and agree dimensions, tolerances and drawing revision before ordering.

Can you provide material or inspection reports?

List the required documents, inspection items and batch traceability requirements in your enquiry. We confirm availability and any costs with the selected source before quoting. A catalogue listing does not imply certification is included.

Can I request samples?

Send the specification, quantity, purpose and delivery address. Sample availability, charges and shipping arrangements require separate confirmation; free samples are not promised.

How are international freight and delivery dates confirmed?

Provide the destination country, city, postal code, quantities and required arrival date. Products, packaging, freight, taxes and delivery terms are confirmed separately. Domestic dispatch is not an overseas arrival estimate.

Which payment methods are available?

Payment method, currency and payment schedule are agreed in the formal quotation or order confirmation. This website supports selection and enquiry, with no online checkout.

Does preparing an enquiry email send my RFQ?

No. It only prepares the parts list. Review the recipient sales@wbfastener.com in your email application, attach drawings and press Send. For long lists, download the TXT file and attach it to your email.

Where should I enquire about custom parts?

This site handles standard fastener sourcing. Visit wbfastener.com for rivets and custom parts. If your project includes both, list the two requirements separately in your enquiry.

YOUR PROCUREMENT LIST

Request for quotation

Select your parts, add destination and technical requirements, then send your complete RFQ by email.

Your list is empty. Add a product or a custom requirement.
Paste a bulk parts list

Use one line per item: WB part ID or description | quantity in pieces. You can also paste two spreadsheet columns separated by a tab, without headers. Maximum 100 lines.

Identical IDs or descriptions merge quantities. Only exact WB IDs match catalogue parts. Other descriptions remain requirements for review; no substitute is selected automatically.
