This site provides a product catalogue, online enquiries and RFQ file preparation. It does not offer online payments or customer accounts.

Your RFQ list

Part identifiers, quantities and custom specifications are saved in this browser’s local storage. Remove items or clear site data to erase the local list.

Online enquiries

When you choose to submit an online enquiry, we store the company, contact name, email or phone, country or region, purchase requirements, product list, submission time and follow-up status you provide so our sales team can respond and quote. Authorized sales staff access this data through a password-protected dashboard. The site may use request origin information to limit repeated or abusive submissions.

The site and enquiry database are hosted through Vercel and its database provider. Merely browsing products or preparing an RFQ file does not create a customer record. To access, correct or delete a submitted enquiry, email our sales team with its reference number.

File preparation and email

When preparing an RFQ file, your list and notes are sent to the server for validation and formatting but are not thereby saved as an enquiry. Email links open your own email application and send only after you click Send. Email information is handled by the receiving mail service. Do not include payment card data or passwords in notes.

Optional visit analytics

Only with your consent, we record a random browser identifier, page paths, referring domains, campaign tags, device category, language, active reading duration and contact clicks for 90 days. We do not collect form contents, passwords or attachments. Browser identifiers renew every 30 days. If you submit an enquiry, consented visits may be linked to that enquiry and customer record for authorized sales follow-up. Declining does not affect browsing or enquiries. Use Privacy choices at the bottom of the page to withdraw future tracking; contact sales to request deletion of stored records.

Website operation

The hosting service may process access times, IP addresses and errors for operation and security. This site does not use advertising trackers.
