From selection to global delivery
We consolidate stainless steel standard fastener requirements for purchasing teams. Catalogue parts are sourced through supply partners; manufacturing sources and quality documents are confirmed for each order.
1. Define the specification
Include the standard, material, property class, thread or nominal diameter, length, finish and quantity. Metric and imperial parts are not interchangeable, and similar standard names do not guarantee identical dimensions or tolerances.
Already have a spreadsheet? Open “Paste a bulk parts list” in your RFQ and paste description and quantity columns. Review the preview before adding. Repeated IDs add quantities, and catalogue parts are checked against minimum quantities.
2. Review drawings and quality requirements
Catalogue photographs are representative and supplier drawings are references for selection. For factory specifications, non-standard dimensions or critical applications, include your drawing, tolerances, inspection plan and certificate requirements. Resolve dimensional questions before confirming an order.
3. Confirm quotation and availability
Minimum quantities and packaging depend on the selected source and batch. Quotations account for quantity, supply availability and technical requirements. The catalogue does not promise live stock or fixed lead times. Certificates, corrosion test results and load ratings must be explicitly agreed.
4. International delivery and costs
Provide the destination country, city, postal code and required arrival date. Product prices, international freight, taxes, payment fees and trade terms are confirmed separately. Domestic supplier dispatch times are not overseas delivery estimates.

5. Send your enquiry
Prepare an enquiry email or download your RFQ, then send it from your email account to sales@wbfastener.com. Attach drawings manually. Preparing a file does not send an enquiry.
